About Windham Development

Established in 1967, the Windham group of companies is a multinational organization headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with offices in Florida. In its more than 50 years in business, Windham and its partners have developed in excess of $3 billion U.S dollars of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate. Among those, Stonewater and Gardenview Estates received the 2002 and 2009 Development of the Year awards from the Building Industry Association of Michigan. Windham also provides consulting services to commercial banks and governmental agencies to assist them with their troubled assets. It is further noteworthy that Windham is one of only twenty-three companies approved by Fannie Mae to act on its behalf as a court appointed receiver.
