Joshua oversees various Development and Project Management operations in Florida including, Land Acquisition, Due Diligence, Zoning, Engineering, and Entitlement procedures. Joshua Coordinates and interacts with local and State Committees, Councils, Commissions and other governmental agencies.
He is also skilled with the use of the organization of assets and resources to balance planning, staffing, and evaluations of projects in a timely manner. Joshua has broad operational experience and knowledge in preparing, monitoring, and administering related plans, and making adjustments to ensure all financial, service, and operational goals are attained.
Joshua has a bachelor’s degree from Florida Golf Coast University and is a licensed civil engineer (EI). He is involved in the planning, engineering, and development of all Windham’s Florida projects.
